1. Digital Courses & Subscriptions

Once a course, subscription, or digital content is purchased and access is granted, it is considered delivered.

As digital content is non-returnable, no refunds will be issued after access has been provided.

If you face technical issues preventing access to content, please contact our support team. We will either resolve the issue or, if unresolved, offer a suitable remedy (such as extended access or a credit).
2. Workshops, Webinars & Live Sessions

Cancellations by Participants:

Requests made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or transfer to another session.

Requests made within 72 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund, though we may allow rescheduling at our discretion.

Cancellations by Acharyanet:

If we cancel or reschedule a session, participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to another program of equal value.

3. Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions are billed on a [monthly/yearly] basis.

To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

Refunds will not be issued for partial months or unused portions of a subscription.
4. Duplicate / Incorrect Payments
If you are charged multiple times due to a technical error, bank issue, or payment gateway failure, we will initiate a full refund for the duplicate transaction(s) upon verification.
